Thanks for your note! We were very pleased with the tree stock you grew — it is some of the finest we have seen, and it is obvious that you care a great deal about growing healthy trees. I am sure we will be using you again through our contract with Penn, and potentially throughout our other projects.

We ordered 15 Giant Green Arborvitae and a Lilac from Brandywine Trees, LLC. The whole experience was wonderful from the ease of placing our order online, to the on-time delivery!
Robert kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered them with white glove care.
The trees were easy to plant, thanks to the lighter materials used. They have been in the ground a few weeks now, and are happy and healthy! We are already planning for planting in the fall and will use www.BrandywineTrees.com!

I just wanted to say thank you. The bushes you delivered are great, and we couldn’t be happier! They are so healthy and vibrant.
The whole online ordering process was easy, convenient, and a great value. I particularly liked being able to get Robert on the phone to answer a few questions and help finalize our selection. We will be back!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. After online research and visiting a number of nurseries, we decided to purchase 13 trees from Brandywine Trees. Robert (owner and grower) has a broad selection, a thoughtful and innovative growing method (see his YouTube video) and he was kind and incredibly helpful.
We recommend Brandywine Trees to anyone looking for a local grower with a large variety of healthy-rooted trees and great customer service.

My wife and I bought 25 beautiful trees last fall from BrandywineTrees.com for our new home in Wayne, PA.
We love the concept that we could buy large healthy trees online, and then have them delivered directly to our home. Robert and his team truly made it so easy and convenient.
During my first conversation with Robert, it was immediately clear that he is incredibly passionate and dedicated to the success of their trees. We were encouraged to learn that they utilize a growing & harvesting process which keeps the root ball entirely intact, increasing the odds of successful transfer and reducing shock to the tree.
As promised, all of the trees we purchased arrived in beautiful condition, with robust and fully intact root systems. Robert even provided fertilization recommendations and guidance to help us protect our new investment from pesky deer.
Robert was both incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise. He delivers personal customer service at the highest level, and we really appreciate the dedication and commitment that he showed us.
Robert and Brandywine Trees have helped us transform our property with various beautiful & healthy specimens. These include: Maple, Cherry, Magnolia, Redbud, Katsura, Ginkgo, Spruce, Sycamore, Arborvitae & Honeysuckle, among others.
‘We are so thrilled with our new yard and can’t wait for spring to see everything in bloom!

I have been a horticulture professional for over 40 years, and have never seen nursery tree root systems so impressive. Every time I visit, I am continually impressed with the growth, the variety and health of their trees and their strong fibrous root systems.
The upstaging and root pruning involves far more labor and cost for their nursery, but the results are simply outstanding. Girdling roots might very well be a thing of the past for nursery and arborist professionals.
The health, beauty, and the long term survivability of every tree starts with a great root system.
I highly recommend them.

It was by God’s grace that I found Brandywine Trees when searching for Wisteria trees as a memorial for a friend’s mother. After speaking with the owner, it became clear that what Brandywine Trees does is very unique and special in many ways, from the way their trees are grown and the types of trees they grow, and their personalized customer service.
Robert was amazing – he promised he would check his nursery stock and let me know whether they could fulfill my request and he delivered on his promise. He contacted me the same day with the good news that they had Wisteria trees in stock, and that the trees were about to flower, and that delivery could be made by Mother’s Day on very short notice. I really appreciated the personalized attention.
This is an incredible Company offering a wonderful product. I will be recommending Brandywine Trees to everyone within earshot of my delightful experience with Brandywine Trees!

My wife and I can’t say enough about working with Robert and the quality of their trees.
We were hesitant at first when we learned that we wouldn’t be able to see the trees before ordering; however, Robert agreed to come to our house (2 days after making contact) and we quickly learned that we were in good hands.
Robert is a clear expert, and more importantly, he clearly wants to do what’s best for his clients. He took all the time necessary to learn about our objectives and helped us select the best trees for our location, soil, and tree locations. He was upfront and honest about each tree’s qualities.
The prices quoted were far below the quotes we received from retail nurseries.
Upon delivery, the trees were beautiful!Robert delivered personally and helped us work with our landscaper to make sure they were planted correctly and that my wife and I understood what care would be needed after planting.
We are already considering our next order of trees for 2019! Thanks!

Robert at Brandywine Trees is amazing to work with.
We found their website to be very helpful in providing information and photos to help in choosing the trees we wanted to plant on our property.
Wow! What a selection of amazing species to choose from! Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we called and spoke with Robert who is so knowledgeable and helpful in determining the right location for each tree and which trees will complement each other nicely.
We don’t live far from him and he even came and walked the property with us to help us pick the right trees. We ended up buying 13 trees! There are so many great trees to choose from that it’s hard to pick a favorite but definitely check out the Magnolias, the Stewartia, and the Katsura.
As for the quality and selection of trees – I’ve never seen any better. The process they use at Brandywine Trees to grow their trees is beyond compare! And now that all of our trees are in the ground, our property has never looked better.
Thank you Brandywine Trees!

BrandywineTrees.com has a great selection of trees, including some very hard-to-find varieties. Their website is very informative, and does a terrific job of explaining how their trees are grown with the root system being the primary focus.
Not only are my 4 new trees perfect, but they were very reasonably priced so I also purchased a beautiful Black Locust ‘Twisty Baby’ and a Sweetbay Magnolia. All of that being said, what sets Brandywine Trees apart from all of the other nurseries is not just the way the trees are grown, but also Robert, the manager.
The manager explained the growing process and shared his wealth of knowledge about the many varieties of trees that he obviously loves. His dedication to growing quality trees in a sustainable manner is why we chose to buy our trees from Brandywine Trees.
Thank you Robert. As my landscape evolves, I am sure that we will be seeing each other again.
I would like to note my total satisfaction in my experience with Brandywine Trees, and the manager.
He stated what he will perform, and he fully accomplished the same. He delivered the trees as specified on the exact date and time. His experience with my trees was most appreciated.
I was most impressed with Robert’s knowledge, competency, honesty, and helpfulness with my many questions and concerns. To date, all of my trees are doing very well.

Your system of root-pruning tree bags placed above ground allows the trees to flourish until sale time. There is virtually no transplant shock as one simply removes the grow bag and places the tree ball full of fibrous roots into the hole and then back fills it.
Looking forward to doing business with Brandywine Trees, and urge landscapers and tree loving homeowners to do the same. You won’t be disappointed!

I want to thank the manager for a great tour of their specialty tree nursery. He took the time to show me the nursery and the way he tends the root systems to prevent the normal problems associated with container plantings.
I had a request from a friend for a Red Flowering Kousa Dogwood on short notice for a memorial planting. I was at a loss… until I found Brandywine Trees.
They grow a variety called “Rosy Teacups” that is beautiful. While I was there we walked the nursery, and literally talked about trees for hours. I highly recommend them for their many hard-to-find trees that are grown with a personal pride.

Hi Robert… We are so very pleased with the 8 trees that we purchased from you. Every tree has taken immediately to our landscape, and all look beautiful! We did not see any leaf loss from transplant stress, like we did see with trees we had bought from other nurseries.
We were very impressed to see the care from beginning to end of your stock. You clearly care about what you do and care about each plant you raise, and where each plant ends up.
A few of our purchases were trees that we were unfamiliar with, but we are totally thrilled to see how they already look this early fall, and look forward to seeing them grow and what they offer each season throughout our property.
The air root-pruning method which you use for root growth we do believe is the reason that the trees all look so great after transplanting, and they were easy for us to plant (unlike huge clay balls).
It was truly a pleasure to meet you and to do business with you, and we do recommend you highly to others. As the year moves into next so quickly, we look forward to getting some more specimens next year.
Again, it was truly an unexpected and welcome pleasure…

At the last minute (the day before) I decided I wanted to get a friend a magnolia tree for her wedding. I called Brandywine Trees and Robert went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined.
Although it is a wholesale company, Robert made an exception because it was a wedding gift. Despite his very busy schedule he managed to make time to meet with me personally to pick out the perfect tree. Robert and a staff member took more time to prepared the tree for transport and carefully loaded the tree into my tiny car. The Southern Magnolia ‘Kay Parris’ tree that we selected had a flower bud which miraculously opened the next day just in time for the wedding!
I left that afternoon feeling that not only did I have this perfect gift, but I also had a new friend. I never could have imagined this experience being so incredibly rewarding. I have and will continue to recommend Brandywine Trees to my friends and family.
I recently purchased a beautiful Cornus Nuttallii, ‘Rosy Teacups’ Dogwood, to plant as a memorial tree for a recently departed loved one.
Robert truly went above and beyond to help make our experience memorable. Robert helped us hand select the perfect tree for us while explaining the process of air root-pruning used to ensure the roots of the trees remain strong and healthy.
Brandywine Trees is a truly special place. The personnel are as dedicated to their trees as they are to their customers. I am so thankful to have been met with such kindness and respect during a very difficult time. I highly recommend their wonderful trees and this nursery.
Brandywine Trees has a great selection of trees, and especially the hard-to-find varieties. The Rootmaker pots ensure easy transplanting, and prevent circling roots.
A beautiful flowering Yoshino Cherry tree from Brandywine Trees Nursery was planted in our front yard this spring, and we are so happy and impressed with how pretty it looks and how quickly it grew.
In its first 6 weeks after planting it grew 12” and it has been flourishing ever since. I plan to prune the tree in the winter to keep it healthy and beautiful.
We are very proud of this tree as it was planted in memory of our daughter, Emily. We have a perfect view of the tree from our dining room and we look forward to seeing an abundance of beautiful cherry blossoms next spring!
