Scarlet Fire Dogwood has become one of the best pink dogwoods known for its disease resistance, deep pink color, and long bloom time! It is a ‘patented’ scarlet red flowering dogwood that is a beautiful sight to see. The Scarlet Fire Dogwood is a deep Pink and flowers last 3 – 4 weeks in May/June.
These are smaller dogwoods growing up to 12′ – 15′, but are real performers with their gorgeous pink flowers.

The Magnolia virginiana, Australis is an outstanding and beautiful tree with many great qualities. The Magnolia virginiana, Australis is an evergreen tree that retains most of its green leaves throughout the winter. It produces fragrant white flowers from May through August, and is a wildlife tree producing seeds that birds devour when ripe. The Australis is fast growing and grows well in either sun or shade. It is rare to find so many great qualities in just one tree. The Australis has a tendency to form multi-trunks like the straight species. Cherokee Princess dogwood is a very desirable flowering white dogwood. It is a hardier variant of the straight native species, and has better disease resistance. It puts on a fantastic 2 - 3 week display of white flowers, and is highly recommended! Everybody thinks of white dogwoods when they think of spring.

The Helen Taft Cherry tree is a fantastic flowering cherry tree variety named after a female trailblazer in the early 1900's who also happened to be the wife of President Howard Taft. She was one of the key people who helped create the Cherry Blossom arboretum along the Potomac river bordering Washington DC and Virginia. This specimen is a outstanding flowering tree specimen, and would look great in a grouping, or in a tree line! It is a deciduous upright tree with a spreading crown, reaching both a height and width of 20' x 25'+ after 25 years of growth. We find that this tree is very hardy with minimal problems with insects and disease. It is most comparable to its female parent, Prunus x yedoensis Yoshino, except for its slightly larger size and noticeably large pink flowers. This tree is a true winner, and we are quite impressed with its many positive characteristics. It is Highly recommended!
